Ajay spent years at Microsoft working at the intersection of system design and enterprise architecture — building infrastructure that serves millions of users at scale. What he kept seeing, across every industry conversation, was the same problem: critical businesses running on software that was never built for them.
HVAC operators duct-taping together spreadsheets and email. Recruiting firms losing candidates in disconnected pipelines. Mining operations doing compliance reporting by hand. Everywhere he looked, there was a gap between how these businesses actually operated and what software existed to support them.
